MEET YOUR COACH

Hi, I’m Dr. Michelle

Dr. Michelle is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist, personal trainer and competitive athlete. Her approach to healing is a blend of Eastern Medicine, cutting-edge longevity and anti-aging therapies, biohacking, nourishing nutrition, and nervous system regulation. 

Dr. Michelle is the owner of Zen Den, a Healing Center in San Luis Obispo, and has been voted the #1 Acupuncturist in SLO County four years in a row. She’s also an Educator/CEU provider for acupuncturists and supports up-and-coming acupuncturists through online courses, coaching, mastermind, and podcast, Put a Needle in it! Dr. Michelle resides in sunny San Luis Obispo with her two sons, Jordan and Jackson. In her free time, she enjoys competing in marathons, ultramarathons, and bikini competitions where she’s finished in first place multiple times.

How it Works

When you sign up for private lifestyle coaching with Dr. Michelle, you'll benefit from her extensive clinical experience as she helps you create a personalized plan and keeps you accountable with weekly check-ins.

The coaching starts with an initial 1-2 hour intake session with Dr. Michelle, where you'll gain a clear understanding of your goals and current health/body composition. This session includes a thorough analysis of your health markers, medical history, diet, relevant lab results, and lifestyle factors.

Private Lifestyle Coaching Programs

Drawing on years of clinical experience, postgraduate training, biohacking technologies, energetics, and my athletic achievements, I’m here to help you overhaul the lifestyle factors that are limiting your ability to live your best, healthiest life. By cultivating a customized plan and weekly accountability, you’ll achieve the health and vitality you deserve without wasting time or money on health gimmicks that don’t work or aren’t appropriate for your body's unique blueprint.

After your initial intake session, Dr. Michelle will put together a lifestyle plan that will include:

  • Workout plan with videos based on your physique goals

  • Recommended daily step count

  • Lifestyle suggestions

After your lifestyle plan is in place, you’ll track your progress using Dr. Michelle’s coaching app.

She emphasizes the importance of empowering you to make informed choices and enjoy the foods you love. Instead of providing a rigid meal plan, she will teach you how to incorporate your favorite foods while staying within your specific macro and micronutrient goals.

  • No, this program is for women who want to take charge of their health, whatever that looks like for them.  Maybe they want to balance their hormones, sleep better, or have better sex. All of those health goals can be addressed with diet, lifestyle, and supplementation programs.

  • No, videos are provided in the app for any exercise she prescribes. If you aren’t comfortable lifting weights we highly recommend you hire a personal trainer to show you the basic movements. We can make some recommendations if you would like a referral.
